The Vista South Ranch is comprised of +/-60 manicured acres, approximately 30 of which lies below the hill, and the remainder above.Three tanks exist on the property, two of which are natural rain catchments (and tend to dry up in the summer). The larger main tank is a16 ft. deep, spring fed tank that does not dry.
